Production time depends on the product and current order volume. Most custom orders are completed within a few business days after design approval.
Do I get to approve my design first?
Yes. We send a digital proof for most custom orders before production begins. Nothing is made until you've approved the design.
Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Absolutely. You can upload your files during checkout or contact us directly. Higher-quality artwork produces the best results.
What file types do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, and most common image formats. If you're unsure, send us what you have and we'll let you know if it will work.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available for customers in our area. Shipping is also available throughout the United States.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely.
Can I order in bulk?
Absolutely. We offer pricing for bulk orders for businesses, sports teams, schools, organizations, and events. Contact us for a custom quote.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged during shipping or there's a manufacturing issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right.
Can I return a custom item?
Because each custom product is made specifically for you, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer error or changes of mind after approval. If we make a mistake, we'll make it right.
I don't have a design. Can you create one?
Absolutely! That's one of our favorite parts of the job. Whether you have a complete idea or just a concept, we'll work with you to create a custom design you'll love.
